about

At Genesis we understand that every project is unique, as is each and every customer. We appreciate that building a relationship with the customer over time is essential to ensuring their goals are achieved, and for this reason we adopt a personal service right from the start.

Initially we will look to establish an idea of what our customers are actually looking for. In some cases, it may be that a customer wants to completely redevelop a room to incorporate a new kitchen and utility area, whereas others may only be looking to change a few doors and handles to give their kitchen a fresh identity. Either way, regardless of the scale, we always endeavour to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

For larger tasks, we initially need to assess the available space and how best to utilise this. It is also imperative at this stage that we communicate with our customer to determine what ideas they have about their project and what they expect from us throughout. Whilst we have the experience in knowing what will and won’t work, and can identify where real statements of extravagance can be made, the design process should be shared to ensure that we achieve what our customer wants and more.

Once we have produced the designs we feel will best fit the project using award winning software we would then invite the customer back to the showroom to analyse these and fine tune them in any areas they deem necessary. It will also be our chance to demonstrate the vast portfolio of products we offer from some of Europe’s leading brands. It is at this stage that the customer can really tweak their project to make it unique and reflective of their personality.

We are aware that this is often an intense decision process and that in many cases our customers may want to change their mind with the finer details as time progresses. We are open to this and always encourage a proactive stance to making us aware of changes. The last thing we want is someone looking at their completed job wishing they had opted for a different handle, or an extra drawer.

It is only when our customer is fully satisfied that the next phase swings into motion. It is at this stage that we call upon our time-served fitters and tradesmen to make the shared vision a reality. We will only use a select few tradesmen that have represented Genesis for many years as we recognise that this stage is equally as important as the product itself, and that quality must be echoed throughout the overall Genesis service
